Can You Run Latest Games On Your Computer?
To play a computer based games these days you’ll need a powerful computer with high performance graphics card. Otherwise you won’t be able to play most of the graphics heavy games specially the 3D ones. And buying a PC based game without knowing if you can run it, will be a total waste of money if you can’t play that game on your computer. And not all of us have solid computer hardware knowledge or know how to check whether our computer is capable of running these high end games.
Fortunately there’s an easy solution. “Can You Run it?” is a web based service which checks your computer’s hardware and tells you whether you’ll be able to run any particular game. Very simple! All you’ve to do is select a game and hit “Can You Run it?” button. After that a small java runtime plugin will be installed and your computer’s diagnostics result will be returned within few seconds.
Though I don’t play games anymore I thought I’ll see if my MacBook Pro can run some games. I tried for “Age of Ampire |||” and my macbook passed. Yaay!! The screenshots above are the result of my MacBook Pro.
Using this service, you can also check to see if your computer is capable of running Microsoft’s latest disaster Windows Vista.
