Addon Domain Redirection

October 30, 2008 · Filed Under SEO · 1 Comment

I recently created couple of Addon Domains on my newly hosted account. Right after I added them from the cPanel I realized anyone can access them in a few different ways. As you know Addon domain works similar to your subdomains, so you can access them exactly the same way you can access your subdomains. We used to have proper air tickets in the past which slowly got replaced by e-tickets. But it is still paper based. And we all know the source of paper. October 23, 2008 · Filed Under News & Reviews, Technology · 3 Comments

Android G1 has officially hit the US market yesterday. T-mobile released G1, the first smartphone based on Google’s open-source mobile platform, Android. The most compelling thing about Android is it’s fully open sourced. So anyone can jump and work on it pretty much straightaway. Though at the moment Google only teamed up with HTC Taiwan to make the device and integrate it’s mobile operating system, but already all the giants like Samsung and Motorola are lining up to use Android in their production line. So hopefully by next year we’ll start seeing a lot more devices filled up with Android.

Looks like Yahoo! is facing the downturn of US economy. The third quarter disappoints have put Yahoo! into pressure to cut down 10 percent of it’s global employees by the end of the year. And that’s a huge cut for a company that has about 14000 employees. The net profit of the company fell 64%, to $54.3 million, or 4¢ a share. Compared to the same time last year, a 1% increase in gross revenues, to $1.79 billion.

The Transport of Future

Are you fascinated about cars?  Well, I am. My friends always suggested I should’ve studied in mechanical engineering rather than Computer Science. But that didn’t happen so let’s not talk about that.

The way the technology is evolving, it’s hard to guess or even imagine what’s coming next. But we can always design our dreams. Whether that sees the daylight or sits in our computer is secondary. And that’s where the inspiration come from for the Los Angeles Motor Sports 2025 Design Challenge. Designers let their imagination drive & fly. May be none of these designs will ever come to life but hey that doesn’t make them less impressive. So check them out now.

His point of view came from the rise of other social networking medium like Twitter, Flickr, Facebook & YouTube. His main concern is that the stand alone bloggers can’t compete or keep up with the pace of professional bloggers or journalists.
